Nyx writes pop songs about Bombardiro Crocodilo. The voice is mezzo, cheeky, drenched in the autotune aesthetic that's been the lingua franca of brainrot since 2023 — used here on purpose, not as a crutch. Songs are built around fake-Italian compound-word hooks and skeleton-shield percussion. Karameru-style cuts in the arrangements, MeatCanyon grotesquerie in the visuals. Most of the runtime is genuinely catchy; the rest is a neon scream. Nyx is where the Skibidi generation discovers that pop hooks and AI creature mashups can occupy the same three minutes without apologising for either one.
Going for
The aim is to take Italian Brainrot from comment-section meme to actual chart presence. Real songwriting craft inside a deliberately broken-looking package. If Charli XCX can do hyperpop on the radio, Nyx wants the Tralalero Tralala equivalent — same level of polish, same level of unhinged.
